Our Journey Started Small

Back in 2019, our founder Krista was working as a financial analyst at a mid-sized consulting firm. She noticed something troubling: talented graduates were coming in with impressive degrees but couldn't build models that actually helped clients make decisions.

The gap wasn't in their technical knowledge. They knew Excel functions and financial theory. What they missed were the subtle judgment calls, the assumption testing, and the communication skills that turn spreadsheets into strategic tools.

So we started small. Weekend workshops for professionals who wanted to bridge that gap. Word spread because people saw real improvement in their work quality and confidence.
